Passenger Services We are sure you will be delighted with the warm welcome and the level of service we provide. All passenger services are handled by on site agents, Contrail Flight Services Limited. Contrail's flight handling services include flight planning,met briefing, catering, hotel booking, taxi and car hire. Contrail also manage all arrangements for UK Border Control as well as Special Branch clearances. These services are also available for visiting aircraft upon request, however are mandatory for fixed wing turbine powered aircraft. Our comfortable passenger lounge provides free internet access and our soon to be opened licensed restaurant will offer good quality food and drink together with wi-fi connection.
